I have a 9 year old blue heeler, indoor out door trained. I really need help here, i just moved to a new apartment and started going to school. I just don't have the time to give him the attention that he needs or deserves. He is intacked. He is not trained to work, but he is a quick learner. He is very affectionate, and loves children and love to play.
