The specially designed class is based around simple Ballet technique, focusing on the devlopment of your flexibilty, core stability & muscle sculpting. What’s so good about it? Ballet Move is a fantastic low impact workout so there is no stress on your joints! Excercises are executed at a comfortable pace, still allowing you to burn all those calories & exercise safely without stressing or straining your body. What do we do? Each class includes barre work, centre work & floor exercises. We focus on the strenghtening & lengthening of all your muscles as well as developing balance & coordintation. The best part of it is....... NO PREVIOUS DANCE TRAINING IS REQUIRED! “Ballet Move is a unique class I have devised to cater for those who want to excerise safely. We focus on different skills & body parts each week. For example: One class may be tailored to focus on back & arm strengthening, another class may be tailored for balance & coordination & the follwoing class maybe focused on lenghthening and streamlining muscles. All classes are informal & I take pride in the relationships I build with regular clients. I encourage everyone in my class to talk about & suggest things they would like to work on.
