FUN SOCCER SESSIONS FOR KIDS - $10

QUALIFIED Soccer Coach is now introducing a FUN SOCCER program for five to 10-year-olds. Only $10 per session.**** EVERY SATURDAY AND SUNDAY ****I am currently the Academy Coach for Virginia United FC.The program will be composed of the following areas:

1. INTRODUCTION1.1. Basic dribbling the ball around the field of play (5minutes). When the kids arrive and are ready to start with the session, I will have them first warm up by dribbling their ball around the field of play or in a grid using the different dribbling elements. 1.2. Juggling the ball (3 minutes)I will have them started by holding onto the ball with their hands and dropping it to the instep to see if they can kick and catch it.
2. MAIN PART OF THE SESION2.1. Helpful tactical game (5 minutes) - Game 1 Lost ballAll kids have a ball and dribble in the grid. The player without the ball must try and get a ball from 1 of the other kids.Helpful tactical game (5 min) - Game 2 Diagonal dribbling relay racesGroups of 2 have dribbling relay fun competitons diagonally across the grid and around a marker.2.2. Technical-tactical element (10 min) - Receiving with the sole of the footPlayer receiving a ball passed along the ground and then move to receiving a high ball.2.3. Shooting elements (10 min)All players stand behind two markers placed at the small pitch halfway line.2.4. Small pitch football (20 min) - Fun world cup gameTwo small-sided games. Will have 4 equal teams with team 1 playing team 2 and team 3 playing team 4.
