We are a fast growing communications company with offices in USA, Canada and Australia.

An opportunity has arisen in our Head Office Department located in Canberra for a Managing Director to provide high level advice and support to the Board in the roll out of our premium long distance telecommunications services.

Duties include:
Management of our administrative and technical divisions throughout Australia and New Zealand.
Reporting to CEO on the planning of marketing and promotional strategies and ensuring the utilisation of the companies resources are maximised to their full potential.
Budgeting and fiscal management of the groups services as well as developing increased efficiencies in our customer service department.

You will possess strategic flair and have the ability to operationalise the company's initiatives. Ideally, you will have Tertiary qualifications in a Business Management or related discipline with a history of working in the Telecommunications industry.

Your success will be measured upon the improved functionality and effectiveness of these areas for our business and customers. Strong communication, influencing and leadership skills are critical as will be proven analytical and commercial management capabilities.
