"Muay Thai", the art of 8 limbs.

I am trained in the art for 7 years, taught for 4. Fought in 3 competitions (intermediate level) and never lost. I am also trained in boxing, so those just after boxing are welcomed too.

I take maximum two people per lesson, and all gears will be provided. Lessons will be held in Melbourne University sports facilities whole day on Sundays and Mondays, evenings on Wednesdays, and Fridays after 12pm. If you have a different location in mind, feel free to contact me and we can discuss. Rates are $35 per one hour session. Each sign up has to be for 5 lessons at least, and if you sign up and pay for 10 lessons at once, you will save $20 in total ($330).

Come learn some basic muay thai moves and do cardio training at the same time. This will definitely get you fitter and better at defending yourself.
