marcus evans is a large global company, specialising in delivering Business Intelligence through a range of Global Summits, Strategic conferences, Sports Hospitality, Training and Language Courses. Headquartered in London, with around 30 offices and 3000 employees globally, we deliver strategic information to some of the world's largest companies. Here in Sydney, the Summits Division is expanding the Sales Team to service the growing number of high-level Business Summits produced within the ANZ region. Sales Executive Role Summary • Telephone-based sales role, outbound calls • Generating new clients to attend our strategic-level business Summits • Continue and manage client relationships • Develop research skills to generate own fresh leads • KPI and results-driven role • Some inter-state travel to manage clients on-site, and assist in smooth-running of Summit operations • Will report to Sales Director, ANZ Required Skills • Confident and professional phone-manner • Ability to converse with conviction to a range of C-Level Executive clients • Interest in current affairs and keeping abreast of marketplace movements • A results-driven, motivated individual who can work to targets and strive to exceed them • Listening skills, ability to follow instructions and learn efficiently • Ability to work autonomously and also prove to be a valuable team-player • Punctual, well-presented and reliable As a valued Sales Executive in the Summits Division, No. 1 ranked sales office in the region, you will work in our vibrant sales office, overlooking Sydney Town Hall Square, amongst approximately 80 other employees. You will receive full training for the role, including a three-month mentorship programme. You will experience our support in reaching your KPI's and weekly/monthly targets, and will have the ability to control your own monthly salary with our generous uncapped commission structure.
