Position : Account cum Admin Executive

We are a well-established and fast growing international network marketing company dealing in healthcare products. In view of our rapid expansion, we are looking for qualified individual to join our team for the following positions:                                                                                                                                Responsibilities:

• Assist in handling full set of accounts.
• Responsible for daily accounting functions (Maintain inventory, payables and receivables and other general accounting duties).
• Preparation of payment, bank reconciliation, monthly accounting report.
• Handling inquiries and follow up on payment status and invoicing.
• Assist in daily office administrative matters, clerical duties and ad hoc duties as assigned.
• Preparing management reports.

 Requirements:

• Candidate must possess at least LCCI / Diploma / Degree in Accounting or equivalent.
• Required skill(s): UBS Accounting or knowledge of other accounting software / Stock keeping, MS Excel, MS Office.
• Required language(s): Chinese, English, Malay.
• Related working experience will be an added advantage. Fresh graduate is also welcomed to apply.
• Proactive & able to work independently as a team
• Female candidates would be preferred.
• Full-Time positions available.
