Due continues growth they are seeking highly qualified Java/J2ee team leader to join to the Sydney office. Your responsibilities will include the following • Develop systems using J2EE, Spring, Hibernate , XSLT, XML and Java Script • Manage the lifecycle of the solutions delivery process from Design to System testing but focus on pure development • Analyse current programs and the ability to replicate code for new products • Communicate with the Business Analyst and the Project managers on a project by project basis • Create and maintaining documents as a part of solution delivery process. • Enforce coding standards and do code reviews. The Successful Applicant You will be having a minimum of 5 years working experience within: • Strong Project management skills (3-5 years) - Essential • Highly proficient with J2EE systems in particular Java, JSP, Servlets and JMS • Strong commercial experience with web application and services development • Experience with Hibernate, Spring, Maven and Struts. • Experience working with application/web servers, including Apache, JBoss, and Tomcat • Outstanding object-oriented design & programming skills, including solid commercial experience in using UML and design patterns.. • In depth knowledge of web applications such as HTML, JavaScript, XML and XSL) • Working experience with relational databases, including Oracle and SQL Server • Continued exposure to the entire SDLC.
