Public Relations Responsibilities • Preparing and supervising the production of publicity brochures, handouts, direct mail leaflets, promotional videos, photographs, films and multimedia programs. • Organize special events such as open days, visits, exhibitions and functions. • Manage a company or organization’s response to important issues and in times of crisis. • Respond to enquiries from the public, media and other organizations. • Write, edit and arrange production of newsletters, in-house magazines, pamphlets and brochures. • Develop and implement communication strategies for the organization. • Plan public relations programs including the preparation of cost budgets. • Managing the pr aspect of a potential crisis situation.
