Research Assistant (Part Time Work)

Job for individual interested in some brief employment in a research project being conducted by a Doctor of Psychology student at La Trobe. Essentially, the project is researching reducing prejudicial attitudes through having contact with people (We'll be measuring aspects of attitude and conversation before and after this brief contact with people). We want to employ person to act as a research assistant to help in the data collection for this project. The requirements for this role will be to have short interactions with participants at La Trobe University before which participants will fill out some attitudinal questions. To satisfy the requirements for this research project we are looking for an Australian male, 35-40 years, who has more of a quieter personality. The employment is for a total of 20 - 30 hours work, probably starting in mid-April to spend 15 or 20 min at a time chatting with a volunteer uni student.
