I am looking to rent a one bedroom flat/unit, must be for reasonable rental up to $145 per week, would prefer a lease for stability and security. Need to relocate out of Sydney due to unaffordable rents and also ill health. I need to bring my dear cat with me. I am a reliable quiet person, non-smoker, needing to relocate to a quiet relaxing location to live long-term. I have a good rental history and records from Sydney.
