Your own room/bathroom/secured parking/stroll to train stations

Hi, if you are looking for your own single room to rent, I have one to offer. This will be available now. The cost is $200 per week and you also have your own bathroom, no one to share. If you own a car, you can park your car securely in the building. Choose between Granville or Merrylands train Station and both trains go directly to the city. The weekly of rent of $200 is all-inclusive and covers gas, water, and electricity. The room is fully furnished with a single bed, a study desk, 3 tiers bedside drawer & built in wardrobes and you have your own bathroom. Washing machine, cooking facilities and fridge are shared and I am the only person (Asian lady) who is occupying the other bedroom. I am looking for a person who is clean and tidy, a non-smoker, someone who is easy to get along, and who pays rent on time. This is suitable for those looking for long term renting (minimum 10 months) and there is a 4 weeks bond and rent is paid 2 weeks in advance.
